From 9–15 September 2026, our team gathered in Sanya, Hainan — known as “China’s Hawaii” — for our annual company retreat. The retreat kicked off with a friendly “Beach Olympics” on Yalong Bay. Teams competed in relay races, tug-of-war, and sandcastle-building challenges. During a special “Cultural Night,” colleagues shared stories, music, and traditions from different regions of China. This celebration reminded us that diversity is a strength — and that understanding different perspectives is essential to serving international markets.
3. Volunteer Beach Cleanup: Giving Back to the Environment
As a company committed to sustainability — both through our amino-acid based organic fertilizers and our eco-conscious chemical manufacturing — we organized a beach cleanup along Sanya’s coastline. Armed with gloves and reusable bags, our team collected plastic waste and learned about marine conservation. It was a small but meaningful way to live out our environmental values.
4. Strategy Workshop: Aligning for the Year Ahead
Amid the fun, we also made time for a half-day strategy workshop. Department heads shared updates on our 2026 exhibition journey — from CAC Shanghai and CPHI China to SaigonTex and Dye+Chem Bangladesh — and outlined goals for the coming year. This session ensured that every team member understands how their work contributes to our global mission.
